The Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Discipline on the Performance of Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School Teachers

Abstract
The Darul Falah Mojokerto Foundation oversees Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School, which offers nine skills programs and industry classes in collaboration with various sectors to enhance students' educational experience. With an enrollment of 2,167 students, this school experiences a surge in enrollment every year, which has an impact on the increasing need for infrastructure and facilities at Raden Rahmat Vocational School. The resources at Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School have a significant impact on how well the school performs in forming the nation's next generation. This research aims to assess the impact of work discipline, incentives, and leadership style on the effectiveness of Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School teachers. In order to collect data for this research, 97 respondents were given a questionnaire as part of the quantitative methodology. There is no limit to the respondent population, and the sample method used is total sampling or census. In this study, various linear regression analysis approaches were used to evaluate the hypotheses. The following are partial test results or t-test results: 1) At Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School, teacher performance is not affected by their leadership style . 2) At Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School, incentives have a negative impact on teacher performance. 3) At Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School, work discipline has a good impact on teacher performance.
