Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the image of CV. HM Barokah Group. The population in this study is the Karanganom village community, Pasrujambe district, Lumajang district. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique and data collection methods used in this study using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study indicate that the economic, social, and environmental aspects of Coreporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affect the image of CV. HM Barokah Group. The results of the economic aspect of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the image of CV. HM Barokah Group has a significant effect, social aspects of Coreporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the image of CV. HM Barokah Group has a significant effect, and environmental aspects on Coreporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the image of CV. HM Barokah Group has a significant effect. The results showed that the economic aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with a coefficient of determination of 64.2%. The test results in this study indicate that the independent variables consisting of economic aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are able to have a significant positive impact on the image of CV. HM Barokah Group. Then the remaining 0.358 or 35.8% CV image. HM Barokah Group is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, including physical identity, non-physical identity and organizational management.
