The Effect of Technology Sophistication, User Participation, Work Experience, Ability and Compensation on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information System in Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in East Denpasar District

Abstract
LPD is a financial institution that has use system information accountancy in data processing and transactions. In the Province of Bali, specifically in the City of Denpasar, there are 35 LPDs, with The largest number of LPDs in East Denpasar District consists of of 12 LPDs. Behind growth High profits of East Denpasar District LPD Still just happen decline growth profit. Research This aiming For explain influence sophistication technology, participation user, experience work, skills and compensation to effectiveness system information accounting. Population study This is all over East Denpasar District LPD employees in the section finance. Sample in study This as many as 61 respondents were determined Based on purposive sampling method. The analysis used For test hypothesis is multiple linear regression. Research results show that variable sophistication technology and participation user influential positive to effectiveness system information accounting, while variable experience Work influential negative to SIA effectiveness and variables ability and compensation No influential to effectiveness of SIA. For study furthermore expected use agency or other companies within the scope more wide , so that can give more views.
